Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Each of our handmade and limited edition art products is unique. This policy is designed to protect both consumer rights and the inherent qualities of our handcrafted and 3D production processes. Furthermore, consumer rights under distance selling are ensured in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related regulations.
1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
1.1. The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods . This period is valid without giving any reason and without any penalty.
1.2. In order for a product to be returned under the right of withdrawal, it must:

Undamaged,

Complete,

Suitable for resale.

1.3. In the case of returns under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the consumer , unless otherwise stated .
2. NATURAL QUALITIES OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS (EXCLUDING RETURNS)
Sólvia Studio products are manufactured using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printers with PLA or PET-G materials and finished by hand in the final stage. Due to this manufacturing method, the following are not considered defects and are not covered by the return/exchange policy:

Layer marks, surface texture differences, and subtle linear formations characteristic of the layered manufacturing technique,

Micro-tone differences and surface variations resulting from the handcrafting process,
-
Minimal handmade variations in form,
-
Color and matte/gloss variations are due to the natural properties of the material.

Differences in artistic interpretation constitute the uniqueness of the work.
These characteristics are normal and acceptable given the product's manufacturing technique and artistic character .
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
3.1. If the product is damaged during shipping, the consumer must have a Damage Assessment Report prepared at the time of delivery.
3.2. For damages discovered after delivery:

Within 24 hours at the latest,

Along with photos of the product.

Notification should be sent to studio.solvia@gmail.com.
3.3. If a defect/damage is found as a result of the inspection:

The product will be replaced with a new one free of charge, or
-
A refund will be issued.
3.4. The seller cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the shipping company to packages received without a delivery receipt .
4. RETURN PROCESS
4.1. Return requests must be submitted in writing via email to: studio.solvia@gmail.com
4.2. The product will be inspected within a maximum of 10 business days after it reaches the seller .
4.3. For approved returns, the fee will be refunded within 14 days via the payment method used by the consumer .
4.4. In the product:

Damage,

Missing piece,

loss of resale value
If detected, the return request may be rejected or a deduction may be made proportional to the product's loss in value .
5. CHANGE
5.1. Product exchange is subject to stock availability.
5.2. If the same product is out of stock, the consumer:

You can request a refund.
5.3. Return shipping costs, except for defective products , are the responsibility of the consumer.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
6.1. For international returns:

It belongs to the consumer and is non-refundable.
6.2. The shipping company is responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return process .
6.3. For shipments to the European Union, the consumer may return the product within 14 days without giving any reason. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging as received .
7. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Personalized or custom-ordered products,

Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.),

Dangerous substances, flammable liquids, gases,

Discounted products and gift cards
These products are not eligible for return or exchange .
8. 12-MONTH CUSTOMER GUARANTEE
Candela and Sólvia Studio products, when used and maintained according to the instructions, have a validity period of 12 months from the date of delivery .

Structural deterioration, discoloration, or aesthetic losses are covered under the support program.

Exclusions: falls, impacts, corrosive chemicals, excessive heat, improper use of candle flame, misuse, intentional damage, etc.
Support is provided as follows:

Minor aesthetic differences → Discount Coupon / Gift Voucher

Moderate deformation → Free Repair / Overhaul
-
Serious structural damage → Product replacement or refund.
9. REFUND
The returned product is inspected after it reaches the seller.

If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your payment method within 10 business days .

Due to bank or credit card processes, the transaction may take several days.
