This policy has been prepared to clearly state the payment methods, shipping and delivery processes, and logistics conditions applicable to all orders placed through Sólvia Studio. All consumers who purchase products are deemed to have accepted the following terms.
1. PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are processed securely through a 3D Secure-supported system.

Installment options are offered in accordance with the respective bank's campaigns.

In installment transactions, any interest or commission charges incurred are passed on to the consumer at rates determined by the bank.
1.2 Payment via Bank Transfer / EFT

Payment via bank transfer is available for customers who request it.

The order will be processed after payment confirmation is received.

2. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
2.1 Delivery Time

In-stock items: Shipped within 3 business days at the latest following payment confirmation.

Products Requiring Production: For products requiring 3D printing and hand craftsmanship using PLA or PET-G materials, the production time averages 3–7 calendar days. This time may vary depending on the workload or product characteristics.

Legal Maximum Time: Delivery time cannot exceed 30 days under any circumstances. If it exceeds this time, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DETAILS
3.1 Shipping Costs

For deliveries within Türkiye, the shipping fee is shown on the order screen and no additional charges will be requested later.
3.2 Delivery Address

The products will be shipped to the delivery address you specified during the order process.

Address change requests must be made before the shipment leaves.
3.3 Cargo Responsibility and Delivery Control

Sólvia Studio is responsible until the product is shipped.

The responsibility passes to the consumer from the moment of delivery.

The outer packaging should be checked upon delivery; in case of damage or tearing, a "Damage Assessment Report" should be completed together with the delivery person.

Products received without a delivery receipt are considered to be in good condition.
3.4 International Shipments

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs duties, import fees, or local surcharges are the responsibility of the consumer.

Delivery time may vary depending on the country.
4. NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS – IMPORTANT NOTE

Sólvia Studio products are unique art and decorative items produced using PLA or PET-G based 3D printing and handcrafting.

Minimal variations in tone, texture, and surface are natural and are not considered defects under the return/exchange policy.

Due to the fragile nature of the products, packaging is done with utmost care.
