Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the purpose of informing the Buyer before placing an order.
 The buyer declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions in this form before confirming the order.

2. ESSENTIAL PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

  • The product page details the key features, photos, availability information, and technical specifications of each product.

  • All products are handcrafted using 3D printing methods, and each product may have natural variations in texture and tone. These differences are a natural result of the production technique.

  • The buyer acknowledges that the purchased product is subject to the Customer Guarantee Certificate and Usage and Maintenance Instructions for the relevant collection.

3. SALES PRICE, PAYMENT AND TAXATION

  • The selling price of the products, any shipping costs, and additional expenses are clearly displayed on the order screen.

  • All product prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.

  • Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, wire transfer/EFT, or the electronic payment methods offered on the Site.

  • Payment will be collected upon order confirmation.

4. DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING

In-stock items: Shipped within a maximum of 3 business days from order confirmation.
 Products requiring production: Will be shipped within a maximum of 7 calendar days .
 The maximum legal period is 30 calendar days.

  • The risk of damage to the product until it is delivered to the Buyer by the shipping company is the responsibility of the Seller.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company's workload and the recipient's location.

  • Changes to the delivery address depend on the status of the shipping process; changes may not be possible once shipment has begun.

5. INSPECTION OF DELIVERY AND DAMAGE ASSESSMENT

5.1. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery.
 5.2. In case of any crushing, tearing, breakage, wetting, or missing items, a "Damage Assessment Report" must be prepared by the cargo carrier.
 5.3. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by shipping to products received without a delivery report being prepared.
 5.4. Return/exchange requests made without a written record may not be processed.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product .

  • The cancellation request must be submitted to the Seller in writing (via email or website form).

  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all accessories intact.

  • Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs under the cancellation policy are the responsibility of the Buyer.

7. SITUATIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Custom-sized, custom-colored, personalized designs, or products made to order,

  • Products that have been opened after delivery, whose hygienic quality has been compromised, or which have become unsaleable,

  • Products damaged as a result of use contrary to the instructions for use.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Once the product reaches the seller, it undergoes a conformity check.

  • For approved returns, the amount will be refunded to the Buyer via the method used for payment within a maximum of 14 days .

  • If the product shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or is found to be in a condition that prevents its resale value, the return may be refused or a deduction may be applied for the loss of value.

9. LIABILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS AND 12 MONTHS OF ADDITIONAL CUSTOMER GUARANTEE

  • According to Law No. 6502, the seller is liable for defective goods for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

  • This liability is an automatic legal obligation; it does not constitute a guarantee.

Voluntary Additional Insurance Coverage – 12 Months

The seller provides 12 months of support for the following issues as part of customer satisfaction:

  • Structural form distortions,

  • Unusual color changes.

Exclusions from coverage:

  • Impact, fall, collision, crushing, forceful physical force,

  • Chemical contact, use of inappropriate products during cleaning,

  • Temperatures above 60°C, intense sunlight, use near heat sources,

  • Violation of Product Use and Maintenance Instructions,

  • The inevitable thermal deformations of PLA/PET-G material due to the natural effect of temperature.

10. PRODUCT DOCUMENTS AND COLLECTION ATTACHMENTS

The following documents are provided with the product:

  • Appendix 1 / Appendix 3: Vasoria or Candela Collection Customer Assurance Certificate

  • Appendix 2 / Appendix 4: Vasoria or Candela Collection Product Use and Care Instructions

The buyer agrees to abide by all documentation and instructions related to the purchased collection. Failure to comply with these instructions will render the customer guarantee void.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Within monetary limits, Consumer Arbitration Boards located in the Buyer's place of residence or the Seller's place of residence ,

  • When the upper limit is exceeded, Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

  • The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.

12. APPROVAL AND EFFECTIVE DATE

The buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this Preliminary Information Form before confirming the order.

Upon electronic confirmation of the order, this Form, together with the Distance Sales Agreement, shall enter into force and be binding on the parties.

The order summary, contract, and this form belonging to the buyer will be sent via email after order confirmation and can be kept for the buyer to access at any time.
